It’s very important in today’s day in age to be stay positive to finish out a career without getting burnt out by simple things that can be avoided. The open relationship between the field units and supervisors is often overlooked and could be the important link in the chain to success.

This was a great class and can give good guidance to aspiring supervisors. Current supervisors can learn a lot from this class about how to properly manage their shifts.

Tom does a great job with this course with his engagement, spark, and passion for helping other police officers. Tom provided countless opportunities for growth for the classroom that I know I will use throughout the rest of my career and personal life. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to grow as a police officer, leader, and human.
