This class has shown me how to become a better supervisor among patrol officers. It has shown me how to open my eyes and view my actions through the eyes of my subordinates. It has taught me to hold myself more accountable for the overall well being of my shift/dept.

The course is engaging and provocative, yielding many actionable strategies especially for emerging leaders. When applied, his principles can yield meaningful progress to the profession at large.

Great course! Definitely recommend for upper level management. I would just suggest distributing an outline of the course at the beginning of class to make it easier to follow what is discussed.

This has been a class I’ve been wanting to attend for some time and it certainly did not disappoint. It’s a refreshing view of leadership in our industry. Everyone, not just brass and admin should be taking this class. We all need to be on the same page to effectively lead.
