Very good and useful class filled with relevant information. Provides many resources to help make you better as a regular day to day dispatcher and prepare you for tactical dispatching.

This is a very informative class and should be attended by every PST.

Course provided strong insight in all aspects of public safety communication, ranging from standard call taking to critical incidents.

Class was informative and interactive. Classroom team exercises are always beneficial when you can brainstorm with people from other agencies.

The instructors were very knowledgeable, and are very thorough. The instructors know how to teach without making the lessons boring.

One thing that I learned today was to think ahead of situations. Do not wait for something to happen, make sure to plan ahead so you’re prepared.

The training provided was comprehensive, easy to understand and delivered in a way that was engaging. I would take this class again and recommend it to any dispatcher that hasn’t taken it.
