Our mission at THE WOUNDED BLUE is to improve the lives of injured and disabled law enforcement officers through support, education, assistance and legislation.

My name is Matt, I'm an active peace officer with over 17 years experience with a large agency on the west coast. You can follow me on LinkedIn. I founded and hand built the LEO Network (pronounced L.E.O. not Leo) in 2023 because I saw the overwhelming need for a FREE centralized training location for law enforcement. I wanted to get rid of all resistance to both sharing and finding quality training. There is no cost to post training, and no cost to users.
