Sam is extremely knowledgeable and the class is very informative. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in attending a red dot instructor course. Definitely worth the money.

Overall, this was a great class and a lot of fun. I got to shoot with fellow LE from many different agencies. Sam and Bob were the instructors. Their passion and professionalism showed through in everything they did. I picked up two new ways to modify my technique that greatly improved my shooting ability. The only thing I wish woukd have been different was the number of rounds fired. The packing list called for 800, but we only fired about 470 rounds. Regardless, the rounds we did shoot were efficient in what we were able to accomplish.

Instructors were extremely knowledgeable and have years of training. Class was great and informative. Highly recommend attending the Red Dot Instructor class. Myself and my agency with be attending more ETS training courses.

I recommend if you are searching for solid instruction from top notch instructors you pay ETS a visit. We had a blast, as well as learning some things about ourselves. The need to push ourselves and fix mistakes we didn’t realize we were making.

this course was absolutely one of the best courses i have ever attended, Sams knowledge on the RDS is second to none. All tranining materrials were presnted in a professional manner, Sam demoed every drill gave a detailed explination of every drill and its applicability to the real world. I definitely left this class not just a better shooter but a better instructor, feeling more confident on the subject. If you attend this class you will absolutely be a better instructor and will be armed with the tools and knowledge you need to implement a new training program or add to what you have been doing. thank you Sam.

Sam DeSimone and Evolution Training Solutions provided top notch instructor training, both in the classroom and on the range. Sam's classroom presentation was one of the most comprehensive Red Dot Sight presentation to date. Sam uses his vast years in law enforcement and as a firearms instructor to provide quality instruction.

Enjoyed this course. Through the course I learned new techniques and fixed deficiencies.

After figuring out the dot system it was good to apply the techniques with the drills. There is a lot of information and I am glad I was able to attend
