I founded and hand built the LEO Network (pronounced L.E.O. not Leo) in 2023 because I saw the overwhelming need for a FREE centralized training location for law enforcement. I wanted to get rid of all resistance to both sharing and finding quality training. There is no cost to post training, and no cost to users.
