Very educational for a female officer. Good and valuable techniques.
This course is great for female first responders, I found it to be very helpful and useful in my line of profession.
Great class lots of useful techniques
This class focuses more on the different techniques females are able to do on people who are bigger than us. It takes a spin on the basic techniques learned from SCAT and makes it more effective.
Useful hands on practice and reference materials.
A great class for female officers.
I've only been an officer for 3 months, this course was recommended to me by a recruiter from my agency. I'm glad that I took the course, it helped me learn more about my body's capabilities while defending myself from a potential aggressive attacker that is bigger, stronger and faster than me.
