(HPTC) is a California corporation owned and operated by current and retired police officers who served in a variety of operational and investigative assignments to include senior and executive leadership positions. HPTC is a premier provider of science-based instruction on human factors and their effects on law enforcement officers in routine operations as well as before, during, and after critical incidents. HPTC strives to provide the most current material available from academic research and the law enforcement community to provide law enforcement officers with the information necessary to prepare, train, and perform at peak levels as well as inform investigators on the impacts of stress and performance to assist in understanding how and why events may have transpired during an incident. HPTC has successfully trained law enforcement officers across the United States and is a trusted partner among federal, state, and municipal law enforcement agencies.
