About Osprey Law Enforcement Development

Osprey Law Enforcement Development was created to provide high quality professional development to law enforcement officers. In law enforcement, like most professions, there are the top 10% high performers, middle 80% average performers, and bottom 10% low performers.

Our goal is to give as many officers as possible the skills, tactics, concepts, and critical thinking mindset to create as many high performers as possible. We aim to expand the top performers to a higher percentage.

We know that in law enforcement there are many factors outside of our control. In order to be successful, officers need to be locked in on what they can control, their preparation, attitude, and work ethic. P.A.W. is the foundation for a successful career in law enforcement.
