A great class with a solid foundation of the basics. Instructors were able to provide clear and concise methods to better ones shooting ability. Instructors were also able to explain reasons for the methods.
Great Class, knowledgeable instructors
RTG is the way to go. Great instructors who bring their training and experiences to the range and make sure that knowledge leaves with us by the end of the class.
I recently attended the LE RDS Instructor Training with RTG and was beyond impressed. The instructors were well versed in all areas of the training. They were able to recognize and diagnose the issues that I was having. The shooting drills over the two day course pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me aware of what I could accomplish with the dot. I went into the course with limited ability and knowledge of the new dot system, and left knowing with practice this new sight would give me an advantage and make me a better shooter. One of the main things that stood out in the class was that the instructors were confident, but also humble. They were not afraid or too proud to call out themselves for any mistakes they made. I highly recommend attending an RTG training or have your PD host a training for your officers.
Very interesting class. Once these red dots are mastered they can greatly help officers. Instructors were very knowledgeable
The two (2) day Red Dot Sight (RDS) Instructor course was a great experience. The one on one instruction from the RTG instructors top notch.
The 2 day, LE RDS pistol instructor course, was great. Left the class with tons of knowledge as a shooter but also how to look for things when instructing others when it comes to the RDS and basic fundamentals.
The class was very well structured and taught by multiple real world experience instructors. The instructors provided me with the techniques needed to allow me to develop my skills in the topics covered. I left this course with a feeling of confidence in my abilities to effectively respond and handle the situations that may arise.
Awesome class, recommend it highly. Great instructors. Great day, valuable training.
