About Southeast Training

Southeast Training has been successfully meeting the training needs of law enforcement officers and criminal justice officials on a national and international level since 2003. Alejandro (Alex) Gonzalez is the founder as well as the program manager and lead instructor of Southeast Training. Alejandro Gonzalez has over 33 successful years in law enforcement with 23 of those years in criminal interdiction. Southeast Training has designed and delivered numerous nation-wide drug law enforcement training programs, which included the following: Pro Active Criminal Patrol Techniques, Advanced Pro Active Criminal Patrol Techniques, Criminal Patrol Stops, Advanced Criminal Patrol Stops, Behavior Symptom Analysis During Roadside Interviews, The Evolution of Criminal Patrol and Drug Interdiction, Mexican Transnational Criminal Organizations and Current Trends, Commercial Motor Vehicle Interdiction and Transnational Criminal Organizations (Cartel Traps) “A Step-by-Step Approach to Passenger Vehicle Contraband Concealment.”

Southeast Training offers a newer and broader training concept that will enhance, develop, and prepare officers to legally look beyond the initial traffic stop to detect, apprehend, and prosecute all types of criminals using our highways, streets, and rural roads.

Southeast Training has been fortunate to have trained thousands of law enforcement officers from various local, state, federal and international agencies. Many criminal organizations have been identified, apprehended, and successfully prosecuted as a result of the training programs designed by Southeast Training.

Southeast Training instructors are all active law enforcement officers with over a century of collective experience and success in the field of criminal patrol/drug interdiction as well as other specific patrol function expertise that’s exceptional.
