Course Description
An officer can show up in uniform, treat people well, and get through the shift while struggling with things a supervisor cannot see. This one-day course prepares supervisors to recognize and respond when an employee's performance, behavior, or wellness may be slipping, before it becomes a crisis. It connects early recognition with the right conversation, documentation, resources, and accountability. Taught by Heidi Ramsey, Instructor, FBI National Academy.
