Course Description
A one-day course that helps supervisors understand how trauma, cumulative stress, and organizational pressure can shape an officer's behavior, communication, judgment, and performance. Participants learn to recognize those effects, respond well, and lead hard conversations without lowering expectations. Leaders leave with practical ways to build trust and lead resilient teams.
