Women in Undercover Operations (3 days)

Undercover operations require preparation, adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to perform in unpredictable and often high-risk environments. For women assigned to undercover roles, those demands can present additional operational, safety, and professional challenges that are rarely addressed in traditional training programs.

Women in Undercover Operations was developed to provide practical guidance, real-world insights, and proven strategies for navigating the unique realities of covert assignments.

Through case studies, operational discussions, and experience-based instruction, participants will examine the challenges women encounter while working undercover, explore safety considerations specific to female operators, and learn techniques that contribute to successful and sustainable undercover deployments.

Topics include undercover role development, operational planning, risk management, informant interactions, vice and narcotics investigations, officer safety, resiliency, mentorship, and leadership within undercover units. Participants will also gain valuable perspective on balancing the demands of covert work with personal wellness and long-term career success.

This course is designed for law enforcement officers, investigators, detectives, supervisors, analysts, and other professionals who support undercover operations and want to better understand the role women play in these critical assignments.
