Develop goals for outcomes applicable to your agency
Build rapport and trust with your community
Define ways to involve programs already being offered by nationwide businesses in your local area
Upon completion of this class, you will have a roadmap to implement in your agency that uses creativity to increase engagement, prioritize activities, and reduce negative perceptions of your agency.
