Description
Designed for current and prospective field training officers, this course develops the skills required to turn policing experience into effective instruction. Participants learn how adults acquire and apply new skills, how to coach performance in real time, how to evaluate behavior objectively, and how to document progress, deficiencies, and remediation clearly. Attendees leave prepared to develop trainee judgment and competence while applying consistent, fair, and defensible standards.
