This 2-day training is designed for individuals responsible for investigating allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment of inmates in facilities, covering both administrative and criminal investigations.
The seminar aligns with PREA Standard 115.34(b) and addresses:

· Specialized skills and knowledge required.
· How sexual abuse victims may respond.
· Techniques for interviewing sexual abuse victims.
· Proper use of Miranda and Garrity Warnings.
· Evidence collection and preservation in confinement settings.
· Maintaining objectivity and investigative integrity.
· Criteria and evidence needed for administrative findings and criminal prosecution.
