Within the first 5 minutes of this class I threw away everything I had been taught or heard about this subject, because it was all wrong! Victor explained in depth this subject and it was an amazing experience. This man knows what he is talking about and I doubt there is anyone in the country who knows more about this subject matter.

Hands down the best training course I have ever taken. The class was long but the instructor always kept it interesting and well rounded. Overall I would highly recommend this training for anyone looking for this type of information as I don’t believe you can get it better anywhere else!

I HIGHLY recommend this class to all Law Enforcement. The knowledge I have learned from this class is truly some of the best knowledge I have learned in my 8 years of being a LEO. We have all been to those classes where after the second day of being there you are ready for it to be over with and or it's hard to stay awake. Victor does a great job in keeping the class engaged and brings new engaging knowledge all 4 days. The knowledge Victor brings will open your eyes in a different way from what you viewed things before.

I’ve been in law enforcement since 1994, this is by far one of the best classes I’ve attended.
