If you have any desire to be in the criminal interdiction world, this class should be your first stop. I wish it had been mine. It was extremely eye-opening and will be a staple in my career moving forward!
I was suspecting a basic “cartel” course that gave more propaganda than the underlining detail I actually received. Victor’s knowledge and experience in criminal interdiction is impressive but it is only the beginning to ACTUALLY understanding why and how these TCOs operate. I feel like every officer should take this course no matter what. Absolutely fantastic class with undeniably useful information for everyday police work!
This class has a lot of information. Victor is very great and is a wealth of knowledge. If you can take this class do it. It will be beneficial.
Great class a lot of information
The class was amazing and I feel every officer should take this at some point in their career. This course opens your eyes and shows you that the smallest thing on a call could be an interesting factor.

Victor has an enormous knowledge on this subject. Certainly will break the police bias that is taught by other classes. Opens your eyes to the trafficking happening in your own back yard.
