Understanding the Mexican Cartels and Narco Cultura

One of the Best Instructors and classes I have ever had the opportunity to be apart of!

Victor’s class was an introduction into Mexican Cartels and “Narco Cultura” on steroids. This was hands down one of the most informative classes I have ever taken in my career.

This is the best class I have ever attended! Victor is a great instructor and is very knowledgeable in this topic. It has opened my eyes to pick up on certain things and help me with getting POS off the street.
