Firearm or Gift Card of Equivalent Value

1. Sponsor

The LEO Network Law Enforcement Member Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by LEO Network LLC (“Sponsor”). Questions may be submitted through the LEO Network contact page.

2. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins on July 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 21 years of age or older and are actively employed as full-time, sworn law-enforcement officers at the time of entry and when the prize is awarded. Retired officers, reserve officers, part-time officers, civilian employees, and other non-sworn personnel may participate in eligible LEO Network groups but are not eligible to receive Giveaway entries or win the prize. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Sponsor may require documentation reasonably necessary to confirm a selected entrant’s identity, age, residence, law-enforcement status, and compliance with these Rules.

4. How to enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit leo-network.com/groups/ and submit the required registration form with true and complete information. A successfully completed eligible registration earns one entry.

An eligible entrant earns three additional entries for each newly registered active, full-time sworn law-enforcement officer who successfully completes registration using that entrant’s personal referral link or referral code. Referrals of retired, reserve, part-time, civilian, or otherwise ineligible members do not earn entries. A new member may identify only one referrer, and referral credit must be captured during the referred member’s original registration.

Limit one initial registration entry per person. There is no purchase necessary, and a purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

5. Invalid entries and conduct

Sponsor may reject, disqualify, or remove entries associated with false information, duplicate accounts, duplicate email addresses or cellphone numbers, impersonation, ineligible persons, self-referrals, automated submissions, manipulation, harassment, or other conduct Sponsor reasonably determines undermines the integrity of the Giveaway or participating law-enforcement groups.

Entrants may only refer people they reasonably believe are eligible law-enforcement members. Mass unsolicited messaging, misleading claims, and the posting of another person’s private information are prohibited.

6. Prize

One prize will be awarded. The prize will consist of the firearm described on this page or a gift card of equivalent value, as determined by Sponsor based on availability, the selected winner’s location and eligibility, and applicable law. The approximate retail value of the prize is $699.00.

Sponsor may substitute a gift card or another lawful prize of equal or greater value if the described firearm is unavailable or if awarding, shipping, possessing, or transferring it would be prohibited, impracticable, or subject to restrictions Sponsor elects not to administer. A winner may not demand a firearm in place of a gift card.

If Sponsor elects to award a firearm, any transfer must be completed through an appropriately licensed firearms dealer and in compliance with all applicable laws, background-check requirements, waiting periods, licensing requirements, and transfer restrictions. A selected person who cannot lawfully receive the firearm may receive the substitute gift card or may be disqualified, as permitted by applicable law and determined by Sponsor.

The prize is non-transferable before award. The winner is responsible for taxes and personal expenses associated with accepting or using the prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor will not require payment as a condition of receiving the prize.

7. Winner selection and odds

Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing is expected to occur within ten days after the Giveaway closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification and verification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the email address or cellphone number supplied during registration. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and provide any reasonably requested eligibility documentation.

Before being confirmed as a winner, a Canadian resident must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. Failure to answer correctly results in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, provides false or incomplete information, does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate potential winner.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer entries, referrals, eligibility verification, winner selection, and prize fulfillment. It will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing. Entrants who separately opt in to training emails may receive occasional LEO Network communications consistent with that consent.

10. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, except for claims that cannot lawfully be waived.

Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted service, lost submissions, incorrect referral attribution caused by an entrant’s failure to use a referral link or code, unauthorized human intervention, technical errors, or events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

11. Modification or cancellation

Sponsor may suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, legal restrictions, platform action, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects its fairness, security, administration, or legality. If reasonably possible, Sponsor will select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected action.

12. Facebook and other platforms

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social-media platform. Entrants completely release those platforms from claims arising from or relating to this Giveaway. Information is provided to Sponsor, not to Facebook or another social-media platform.

13. General terms

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The Giveaway is governed by applicable United States, Canadian, state, provincial, and local law.
