He has more than 40 year experience in law enforcement, crime prevention, community policing and as an instructor. He is the owner, lead instructor and risk consultant of the Crime Prevention Center for Training and Services, LLC, which focuses on proactive policing solutions. He serves on several national advisory boards regarding crime prevention.
