Bill Loucks Jr. is a retired Nashville (TN) Narcotics Investigator who is currently a full-time law enforcement instructor and training school director for the North Carolina Department of Justice/Justice Academy. Bill has extensive experience as a patrol officer, plainclothes officer, narcotics investigator, undercover officer, and team leader, and has achieved record success throughout his 22-plus-year career. He has developed and managed hundreds of informants and achieved a wide variety of successes through their use. He is an instructor for the MCTC Drug Informants course and has been instructing informant-related training courses for law enforcement officers for the past 15 years. Bill instructs a variety of other training courses for patrol, investigators, undercover narcs, and federal agents. Bill is a Master instructor for Surveillance, Undercover Operations, Drug Recognition, Narcotics Investigations, Informants, and Human Trafficking. Bill is a US Army Combat Veteran.
