About Robert Warfel
Robert Warfel is a results-oriented and transformational Law Enforcement Executive with a 28-year career spanning public safety, federal law enforcement, and higher education operations and investigations. Throughout his distinguished FBI career, Warfel utilized interview and interrogation strategies, detecting deceptive behavior, and leading complex investigations in public corruption, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and crisis management. He served in key leadership roles in Chicago, Cincinnati, and Quantico, and trained law enforcement leaders from around the world as an FBI Academy adjunct instructor. Warfel also conducted extensive training in communication and behavioral analysis, equipping officers to gather intelligence and assess credibility in high-stakes situations. As Director of Public Safety at Xavier University, he practiced management strategies, fostered community partnerships, and led critical crisis response initiatives to spearhead emergency preparedness initiatives, and modernized security and investigative practices.
