About John Bowman Jr.
John Bowman Jr was born and raised in Central Texas and graduated from C.E. Ellison High School.
John was raised by a police officer, who has over 30 years of law enforcement experience, and is still actively serving in Central Texas. John knew his calling was law enforcement from a very young age.
John started his career in law enforcement back in 2012 where he served as a Dispatcher and Jailer. John graduated from the Central Texas College Police Academy with the Academic Excellence award, and he was nominated as Class President by his peers. Since graduating from the police academy John has served as a Patrol Officer, Organized Crime Detective, and is now assigned to work mostly highway interdiction.
John has worked a large number of cases with multiple agencies to include the DEA, FBI, ATF, HSI, ICE, USM and many more resulting in state and federal convictions.
John is currently serving as regional board member with the Texas Narcotics Officer Association Central Region, as well as serving as a state board member with the Texas Gang Investigators Association.
