About Michael Ledoux
Lt. Michael Ledoux retired from the Nashua, New Hampshire Police Department in December 2011 after over 24 years of diverse service across nearly every bureau. Following his retirement, Michael joined CARFAX, where he has collaborated extensively with Major Auto Theft Investigative Units. He is a member of IAATI, serves on the Board of Directors for NEIAATI, and is part of the IACP Vehicle Crimes Committee.
Currently, Michael is the Business Development Director for CARFAX for Police, working with law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and Canada. His role involves building relationships with federal, state, county, and local agencies to exchange data for a unique suite of law enforcement tools that leverage CARFAX’s extensive VIN database and signature CARFAX Reports to aid in crime-solving. Michael also trains CARFAX partner agencies on these tools through on-site events or monthly webinars.
Michael has presented to various organizations, including the IACP, Major City Chiefs, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, National Interdiction Conference, IAATI, and NOTFEA. He has trained numerous agencies, such as the Toronto Police, NYPD, California Highway Patrol, Metropolitan Police, Los Angeles Police, Ottawa Police, and Miami-Dade Police.
A United States Army veteran, Michael served with the 7th Special Forces Group and the 82nd Airborne Division. He holds a BA in American History Studies from Franklin Pierce University and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Rivier University.
