Tim Cunningham brings over 13 years of experience in emergency communications and currently serves as the Manager of a multi-jurisdictional communications center. A dedicated public safety professional, Tim has a proven track record of leadership and instruction in the 9-1-1 and first responder communities.
A graduate of the prestigious New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) Command and Leadership Academy, Tim also serves as a Commissioner for the NJSACOP Accreditation Commission, promoting best practices in public safety operations statewide.
Holding certifications as an NJ PTC Methods of Instruction Instructor, Basic Telecommunicator Course (BTC) Instructor, Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) Instructor, Fire Communications Operator (FCO) Instructor, and AHA CPR Instructor, Tim is committed to developing the next generation of highly skilled emergency communications professionals.
In addition to his instructional work, Tim is actively involved in public safety organizations across the region. He is the Secretary for NJ NENA (National Emergency Number Association) and a member of the APCO Atlantic Conference Committee, contributing to the advancement of standards and training opportunities throughout the region.
Tim also holds 15 years of experience as a certified EMT, bringing a unique operational perspective to every training session and bridging the critical gap between field response and emergency communications.

Acceptable class. Appeared to be a continuation of basic dispatcher course for those with experience. Felt More reminded of things and reinforcement then learned any new information.
