LEO Network is a platform that connects law enforcement professionals with training providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, LEO Network does not host, run, or deliver the courses listed on the site.
Each training provider sets its own policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Those provider-specific terms govern your enrollment in a course.

Before registering for a course, you are responsible for reviewing the refund or cancellation terms provided by the training organization. These may cover:

4. When to Contact LEO Network
You may contact LEO Network if:
- You cannot reach the training provider after reasonable attempts
- There appears to be a technical or billing error during checkout
- Transaction records in your LEO Network account do not match your expectations
While we cannot guarantee a refund, we may review the situation and, where appropriate, help facilitate communication with the provider.
5. Platform Fees
In some cases, separate platform or processing fees may apply. Such fees may be non-refundable, even if the training provider approves a course refund.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer may delay or complicate resolution. We encourage you to contact the training provider and, if needed, LEO Network support before filing a dispute.
