Data Retention Policy
This Data Retention Policy explains how long LEO Network keeps different types of information and the reasons for those retention periods.
1. General Principles
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and support our services
- Maintain accurate business and financial records
- Comply with legal, regulatory, or audit requirements
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
2. Typical Retention Periods
The following are general guidelines. Actual retention periods may vary based on specific circumstances or legal requirements.
Account Information
Basic account details (such as your name, email, and login credentials) are stored while your account is active. If you request deletion, we generally remove or anonymize your account data, except where we must retain certain information for legal or legitimate business reasons.
Training Registrations and Transaction Records
Records relating to course registrations, payments, and invoices may be retained for several years to comply with tax, accounting, and audit obligations.
Usage Data and Logs
Technical logs and usage data (such as IP addresses, page views, and event logs) are typically retained for a shorter period, for example 12–24 months, to help maintain security, monitor site performance, and investigate issues.
Reviews and Submitted Content
Reviews or other user-submitted content may remain visible as part of the platform’s historical record, even if your account is later closed, unless removal is required by law or platform policy.
3. Anonymization
In some cases, we may remove direct identifiers from data and retain it in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics, reporting, or improving our services. Once anonymized, the data is no longer treated as personal information.
4. Your Choices
You may request deletion of your account or certain data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will review these requests in light of our legal and operational obligations.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Data Retention Policy as our practices or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will always be available on this page.
6. Contact
