Highly recommend. I’ve been to plenty of trainings over the years and very few have ever gone to the depths that Vic does. You will leave with an understanding how Mexican criminal groups operate, how they rose, how they fell, strengths, weaknesses, and symbols used. Further, you will understand the background of the icons that have a valid belief and meaning that have been hijacked by criminal groups. Vic does a great job explaining what’s criminal and what’s not with case studies and examples to show. Highly recommend for anyone in law enforcement at any level.
This course has open my eyes when it comes to the drug world. There’s so much to unpack in just four days of class. I feel like I’ve gained a lot of information that I can take back to my agency and apply in my narcotics investigations. Looking back, there have been several items of interest that I have missed simply because I didn’t know this information. If you think you won’t understand it because you don’t speak Spanish, I promise you that Victor puts it in a way that you can understand it in English. This class also shows how much bias there is towards the things that we don’t understand within the Mexican culture. It is very refreshing to see someone explain culture versus narco culture with research and facts.
Great class. Thanks for the information.
100% good
This course was very thorough and explained, in detail, all course materials.
I would recommend this class to take
This class was great. I think many rookie le need to take it to help keep alert incase they run into a situation where MFTO may be present but not to confuse religion with it either.
This course was great! A lot of knowledge about the culture and operations. Law Enforcement whom still operate a patrol vehicle will have way more better understanding of what type of vehicles an or symbols of “Cartels”. I highly suggest this course to my agency and other law enforcement agencies!
Great course very informative with updated information
Really good class with a lot of relevant and useful information.
