Amazing Class
Great class! Worth the time!
Ivory Tower leadership training helps you see a whole new perspective of yourself as a leader! Tom is an excellent presenter.
As a new First Line Supervisor I have been eager to enhance my knowledge of leadership tools in an effort to help my Officers maintain a work/life balance while providing the best service to the public possible. I have heard of Tom Rizzo and Ivory Tower in the past. But reading is not experiencing. Tom Rizzo’s passion and intensity forced me to look inward, which revealed my own role in many of my professional and personal obstacles. This intensity and passion is not typical for the Police related training I have taken part in during my career and really made all the difference. Every human being could benefit from this course and specifically Officer’s looking to advance through the ranks would benefit from this course, however; this could be most beneficial to Officer’s who feel lost in their purpose or who struggle to balance home and job.
Loved it. Tom was energetic and clearly passionate about the subject material. Even as a new supervisor, I find myself relating to the material and excited to see how I could implement some strategies moving forward. I also believe every supervisor should attend this class, particularly chiefs and captains to hopefully have a trickle down effect.
