Great course.
Good course
This is a fantastic course that is beneficial for bother front line officers and supervisors of all experience levels. Tom charismatically describes many of the hardships impacting police agencies and supervision while sharing personal knowledge of how to improve agency culture and personal leadership.
I was close to getting out of Law Enforcement and Thomas helped me persevere and understand my why. Thomas put things into perspective and helped me again understand why I chose this profession.
