First off addressing the awesome human being giving us the class, Tom Rizzo. Great person very down to earth. Highly recommend this class to all levels of Law Enforcement from 1 year to 30 years of LEO exposure. Enough to press the mental reset button, stimulate love for the job, and one another.

Tom know’s his stuff, and it’s obvious that it’s from real experience, not just books and videos. This is a real leadership class with practical things to take back and incorporate in my department. It opened my eyes to my leadership capabilities, and my peers. Will suggest more of my department find this class and attend.
