Exceptional seminar, needed to hear this before making a hopeful transition to a leadership role.
Great class and instructor
Mr. Rizzo’s presentation is one of the most blatantly truthful courses I’ve been privileged to attend. I love the topics addressed, his genuine style of teaching, and reinforcing accountability in our personal and professional lives. Awesome instructor and presentation.
One of the best training classes I’ve attended in a long time!
Awesome class. Tom is amazing and the material is critical for all supervisors, managers, and leaders.
Thanks

Excellent. Very entertaining and informative. Comprehensive and insightful. Good mix of videos and slides. Slow down on important points and slower for the hard of hearing. I believe that empathy may not always involve actually feeling what the other person feels. We can identify the emotion, active listen to prove we listen and comprehend - it may trigger emotion - but not always - I think the key is not making it about you - it’s all about the other person. Just my take from Brene - I may be wrong and would like to learn more from you on this as it’s an over used, under understood swear word in Lsp. Btw - schawartzkauf’s speech truly was amazing. I had the unique privilege to see it in person and I still remember it like yesterday. Thanks
Great Class !!!!
Waited one year to attend this class. Should be a highly recommended class for future & present law enforcement.
