I have been looking at this course for a while. It was a little nerve racking to go from a crime suppression unit as a sgt where little motivation is needed to a night shift patrol Lt where you have a wide range of personalities. This course has validated a lot of things I have implemented since coming to a night shift. This course also identified several ways to improve the quality of the shift and things to work on! Great media and enthusiasm in the course.
Refreshing to hear someone speak/teach about trying to better the workplace. I Law Enforcement we often point out the negatives and never count in the positives. Tom give you tools and ideas to create a better work environment for not only yourself, but everyone.
