Excellent presentation
This is an eye opener for supervisors and should be mandatory for all new front line supervisors so that a new era of supervision can start.

I would strongly recommend the class to all supervisors. Tom Rizzo had amazing command of the subjects and topics covered and was able to keep my attention the whole time. He brought humor into some dark topics and was very personable and receptive to questions during the breaks.
Excellent instructor. Course provides valuable concepts and perspective useful at all command/supervisory levels. Venue (Westchester County Police Academy) provided very good snacks and coffee.
