It was an extreme pleasure being a part of this class. Tom was very informative and had me recalling many instances over the years where I did the good and the bad of what he was teaching. I have a great passion to see my officers and myself succeed and I am eager to use the tool he has given me to continue to be able to do that for our officers.

This course should be attended by every person from entry level to the top supervisor. This course teaches you how to effectively and realistically treat people, from peers, subordinates, and those we have contact with on a daily basis.
