Likely the best and most intensive I’ve attended in my career!

I've been waiting for this class for a few years now, I knew from past reviews that it would be a great class but I absolutely couldn't imagine the vast amount of information that I received during this course! This is absolutely one of the best classes I've taken and has given me an incredible amount of knowledge on Cartels and recognizing indicators, I would highly recommend this class to everyone from patrol, to specialized units like gangs or interdiction, and especially narcotics!

Extraordinarily knowledgeable and passionate about this subject. This course will change your perspective about the practices of religion in Mexico and their role in today’s modern criminal organizations.

The course provides an inside look at what is really taking place in Mexico. The media will not show you the truth.

I attended the Vigilance Project-Understanding the Mexican Cartels and Narco Cultura course. One of the standout features of this class was the way the Victor broke down complex concepts into digestible pieces. Victor is truly passionate about the course, and it shows in the way he taught it. Victor made sure we are equipped to avoid being blindsided. The course provided not only valuable insights but also real, factual information (up to date information). I feel more confident in my understanding of Narco Cultura and Mexican Cultura after attending this course! I HIGHLY, recommend this course.
