Description
This comprehensive 24-hour course is specifically designed for Crime Scene Investigators, Police Officers, Dispatchers, Community Service Officers (CSOs), and Property & Evidence Technicians—particularly those with little or no experience in courtroom testimony. The course prepares participants for effective courtroom presentation by covering every aspect of testifying, from case preparation and courtroom procedures to professional appearance and etiquette.
Students will learn how to confidently deliver testimony, respond to direct and cross-examination, and effectively manage adversarial questioning from attorneys. The curriculum emphasizes practical strategies and communication techniques to ensure clear, confident, and credible testimony.
