Acceptable class. Appeared to be a continuation of basic dispatcher course for those with experience. Felt
More reminded of things and reinforcement then learned any new information.

Course was very educational and getting the perspective of a dispatcher from a different agency help aid on how to improve myself as a dispatcher. Definitely will go back and share the knowledge/ importance of our role with my fellow dispatchers and officers.
