This is by far the best conference I have been on this year. Not only does it gather some of the best in the field of Auto Theft Investigations, from both Law Enforcement and the Private Sector, but it creates unbelievable opportunities to network together, share information and perfect our knowledge and understanding of Auto Theft investigations. It's the best of everything, all gathered in one location, creating a vacuum of information sharing. The venue, the food, the presenters, the attendees, the social events, were all out of this world !! Super professional and highly educational, this is Gold Standard of Auto Theft Conferences. It was an honor and a pleasure to attend the 53rd Edition of this year IAATI Conference !!

The recent IAATI conference held in Mississauga offered an expansive review and highly relevant overview of auto/cargo theft trends. Rather than focusing on theft volume, the conference and its partners offered innovative solutions to combat this epidemic. Highly recommended to other agencies as it highlights emerging threats, investigative techniques, preventative strategies as well as networking.
The case presentations were the highlight , real investigations, real lessons, and speakers who clearly knew the industry. Plenty of takeaways I can apply to my field of work.
Networking was just as valuable. Good mix of law enforcement, insurers, lenders, and industry vendors all in one room the kind of connections that pay off long after the conference ends.
A big thank you to all the organizers, it was a very informative week.
