CTO- A Positive Approach to the Challenges of Training

In this 8-hour online course, public safety trainers will learn how to embrace the challenge of staying positive while training and working with others. Students will gain a deeper understanding of crucial communication components, workplace relationships, and proven techniques to mitigate workplace bullying and undermining. This course also covers student leadership skills and collaboration with organizational leaders to achieve better outcomes. During this course, students will also explore the concepts of active listening, growth mindsets, self-awareness, and stress management.
