The Adaptive FTO

The Adaptive FTO is a researched-based course that teaches FTOs (and through FTOs’ efforts, the trainee) how to become adaptive, agile decision makers. This course does not change your agency's FTO Model. Attendees will work with a decision-making model that is flexible, universal, and legally sound. Our Adaptive Feedback Model nurtures the probationary officer’s creativity and critical thinking skills. Attendees will also look at developmental learning strategies for the Gen Z trainee.
