This class was great. I am currently working a special assignment where I am proactively. I have always been somewhat against passenger seat interviews, but nick gave good, articulate reasons why they work and the reasoning behind them. I left this course with a new found motivation for interdiction work and many more tools to use. Thank you Nick!

The class did a great job breaking down different categories related to deceptive behavior deviations. Being able to understand and then identify these behaviors establishes the fundamentals necessary to build reasonable suspicion to further investigations. Im looking forward to being able to put these skills to work in a patrol setting and see what is out there.
The course was great. The use of the videos was great and was well broken down. Sometimes the added captions were distracting, but great material.
Good material and videos. I think your missing the opportunity to have the chance to practice deceptive behavior detection during class. Have one student review a script and act out a role while another questions them and try to figure out the cracks in a story and what you think they might be up to.

This was a hell of a class, I am glad I had an opportunity to attend! This was a class my agency would not fund and I am glad I self paid to attend.

This course was very informative. This deceptive behavior course really made me focus more on both verbal and non verbal behaviors of human the behaviors. Very strongly recommended.

Another great class. No bs.I previously took the interdiction academy class and it helped my career in LE. I was able to recognize behaviors and expand the traffic stop beyond the ticket/citation. My agency did not pay for me to attend this training and I attended this training on my own time. It’s worth it. It’s worth the investment in yourself and your career.
Absolutely great course, highly recommend to all officers rookies or seasoned officer.
Really enjoyed this class! Nick is informative and very friendly! You can tell he’s passionate about interdiction and sharing his knowledge! Would’ve been nice for it to be a normal 8 hour course, 10 hours feels a little long. But I get that Nick is trying to share all of his knowledge and experience!

I really appreciate your attention to the details and truly trying to help us understand interview techniques and questions. I think most agencies severely lack in this kind of training. I can tell you’re truly passionate about it and I hope to work alongside more like minded people because my current department doesn’t seem to have the same passion. I appreciate your time.
Nick explains in detail each step in his well structured process in detecting criminal behavior. He explains his trial and errors and the way he made it successful and provides examples in assisting officers advance in criminal interdiction.
The course was very thorough, and it helped put the pieces together on how to get started in interdiction work. This class motivated me to want to go out and start putting in the work and applying the techniques and material learned today. I have yet to ask for consent or really do a roadside interview because I never felt confident or knew how and I definitely feel like I can do that after this class.
This class was extremely helpful and beneficial. I loved the balance between presentation slides and videos. Interdiction hasn’t been my niche, but I’m excited to jump back on the road and apply the techniques we learned in this class.
Love the class get knowledge of understanding behavior to look for on traffic stops and how to interview subjects roadside.
Fantastic class, I thoroughly enjoyed how informative the curriculum is. I learned a lot of valuable information to be more effective in my efforts as a police officer.
