Reviews for this course
Excellent instructor!
Excellent training! I will be bringing lessons learned here back to my department and implementing them in my work life.
Instructor Rizzo is experienced and portrays his knowledge of not only the course, but his experiences within the course material. Instructor Rizzo was clear and concise with his explanations of the course material, giving ample examples to better understand the material. I received answers from this course that I’ve been looking for during my time as a Patrol Sergeant. I’d highly recommend this class for every level of experience within first line supervision.
This was some of the best training I've ever been to in my career.
This class was well worth the price of admission. It hit on many valuable topics that helped me keep up with the times.
Course was very useful to those either seeking to hold a supervisory position or for those who are already supervisors. Topics are relevant and are presented in a clear manner.
