Reviews for this course
Valuable information for anyone wanting to become or just became a supervisor. May want more hands on for some topics like I.C. as it's pretty dull
Well rounded course which will give any officer the tools and education to be successful upon promotion.
found the police first line supervisor class extremely valuable. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and the course content was relevant and practical. Overall, it provided me with valuable insights and skills that I can apply directly to my role in law enforcement.
Have been to many training and in service classes but this has brought the experience and actual experience to the table for you to learn.
Class was very informative. Instructors were excellent and kept the class engaged. Would highly recommend.
This class was outstanding. I really got a lot out of it that I could bring back to my police department. It is practical material where we have an open discussion and actually learn pertinent information. Jim, Phil, and Rebecca are very knowledgable and kept me invested for the entire week. Every soon to be or newly appointed sergeant should take this course. This class will make us better supervisors.
Very interactive class, great class to attend. Instructors were full of on the job knowledge and experience.
I recommend this training for first line supervisors and should do so before they become a sergeant
