Description
The purpose of this instructor development course is to prepare participants to confidently plan, coordinate, sequence, and deliver the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) Course #1850 and the Mental Health Officer (MHO) Certification Course #4201.
Participants will develop the instructional competence necessary to effectively teach these courses while gaining access to comprehensive, ready-to-use instructional materials. These resources include structured lesson plans, student manuals, professionally designed PowerPoint presentations, instructional videos, scenario-based logistics and facilitation guides, and standardized evaluation instruments.
Upon completion, participants will be fully equipped to deliver both courses in a manner that is compliant, engaging, and instructionally sound.
