Very good and useful class filled with relevant information. Provides many resources to help make you better as a regular day to day dispatcher and prepare you for tactical dispatching.

One thing that I learned today was to think ahead of situations. Do not wait for something to happen, make sure to plan ahead so you’re prepared.
