Description

This class will cover all the elements needed to investigate a DWI arrest. The class topics include the reason for the motor vehicle stop, impairment observations, personal encounters and questioning, how to properly conduct the field sobriety tests and how to properly write a DWI report. The arresting officer is the one who determines if the subject cannot operate the motor vehicle safely.
