Capt. Rizzo and the material he presented was exceptional. He kept the class engaged and presented material that was relevant to our job. I highly recommend this course to anyone from recruit to Chief of Police. It was a breath of fresh air during a time in policing when we feel undervalued.

I absolutely loved the class. Tom is an extremely passionate and entertaining speaker. My guy gives it his all. I recommend this course for all cops struggling with work/life balance, family, new supervisors, and even team building. This is the good stuff.
